该片乃是《玉蒲团之云雨山庄》的续集！未央生来到毛溪县附近，宿于山神庙中。此时，庙外忽然传来嘈吵声，原来云雨山庄正追捕一名花贼，在一场误会下，未央生被拳打脚踢。庄主南宫赏识未央生的天赋异禀，饶他不死，只改为囚于密室之中。未央生大惊，因庄主原是女儿之身，自小被父母隐藏身份，终日以男装示人，为了掩人耳目，更多娶姬妾，而其中姬妾文外出偷汉败露，男的正是花贼。庄主对未央生深感兴趣，故以婢女来试炼末央生。未央生一方面因艳福无边而开心不已，同时也因庄主之阴谋而忧虑担心……
