该片是国家广播电视总局2024年度电视剧引导扶持专项资金和“深入生活、扎根人民”倾斜项目，通过诗人田地发现田间、走进历史、重写戎冠秀的故事，用诗歌去表达还原当时戎冠秀支援前线的历史，通过网络让观众熟知悉那段拥军，爱军的模范事迹。

故事舞台设于云上天空王国。当王子从天空王国坠入阴雨连绵的角落小镇，救助王子的角落小伙伴们得知云上世界陷入严重水危机，为拯救王国展开冒险。
