二狗返乡记
马灿灿,李栋,胡双全,柳秉钰,梁栋,陶源品性憨直，风趣幽默，农村吃百家饭长大的孤儿石二狗，在城市打工意外获得彩票大奖五百万，之后，他风风火火的回到老家，借着酒劲给乡亲们发钱，并且还想凭这五百万娶村长的女儿石金凤，但是却遭到石金凤的嘲笑，于是他发奋要为老家人民做点大事——修路，将修路的工程包给了金凤城里的男朋友胡大光，以这样显示他的大度并期望博得金凤的欢喜，可是却由于经验的缺失和文化知识的不足，被胡大光给蒙混了，手上的钱都让胡大光骗走了，连答应给村里修小学的钱也被骗的一光二净，二狗又成了一个身无分文的穷光蛋。 二狗有钱的时候，在众多人中招聘了韩美华作为村里学校的老师，现在二狗没钱了，本以为韩美华会离开石头村，但是由于二狗的善良和执着，早已深深的打动了美丽聪明的城里女孩韩美华。韩美华利用自己的经验和智慧联手以前一直瞧不起二狗的村民们，为二狗打赢了官司。最后在韩美华的指引和村民们的帮助下，石二狗凭借自己坚韧的毅力，白手起家，带领百姓发家致富开创了崭新的事业。

All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present. Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
