《夫妻生长日记2》是由克 ;亚树的长篇爱情漫画改编的真人版电影《夫妻生长日记》的续集，由人气平面模特森下悠里主演。结婚前完全没有性阅历的小优和小真，为了成为;真正的夫妻 rdquo;而不时努力，本故事以两人半年后生活为舞台，小真虽然每天都对小优有所盼望，但千篇一概使得小优感到毫无热情，虽然思索到小优的感受小真下定决计三周不过性生活。。。。本次新退场了明日花kirara和谷桃子等演员。
