Ayşe, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 　　故事发生在未来世界，阿龙（黎明 饰）和阿强（张学友 饰）都是抓捕妖兽的特警队警员，但是上司（袁和平 饰）非常器重阿龙，而对阿强就戒心重重。阿强气不过在酒吧买醉，得到了女友（李若彤 饰）的支持宽慰。然而，他心头总是笼罩着阴影——原来阿强的母亲也是妖兽，后来他把这个隐秘告诉了阿龙。阿龙也坦白了自己跟妖兽幻姬（李嘉欣 饰）的一段感情……　　此后，阿龙在一次抓捕元大宗（仲代达矢 饰）的行动中，重逢了现已成为元妻的幻姬，情急之下却要引出重重误会。其实，元大宗是要跟人类合作的妖兽，但是另有一股液态妖兽正在肆虐地侵袭这个城市。在对抗液态妖兽的过程中，阿龙与幻姬的感情经历了生死的考验，但是元大宗的儿子鬼众道（张耀扬 饰）却设计离间意图消灭人类，与此同时阿强也发现了特警队的叛徒……

　　罗美兰、金武烈、尹京浩将继续合作出演《正直的候选人2》，续集依旧由张幼珍执导。将讲述罗美兰挑战道知事选-举引发的故事。他们三位饰演的角色与前作一样。  计划下半年开拍。
