一个贫困乡村利用当地的温泉资源，建了一个温泉山庄，却因宣传推广不到位而生意清淡。小村决定组织乐队排练节目参加旅游文化节。却因沟通的乌龙，影视公司的女业务员用极低的价格接下了这个业务。为了完成任务，将五个性格迥异的人强扭到一起，故事由此展开。
