　　德华（刘德华饰）喜欢打牌，以打牌为生的他出名好牌技好牌品，与他相恋多年的咏琪（梁咏琪饰）因为牌品差，始终没能与德华结为连理，令她顿足。德华的弟弟天乐（古天乐饰）知道哥哥要以打牌为生养活患有痴呆症的母亲和正在读书的自己，决定跟青云（刘青云饰）打牌比试，谁知连连落败。　　一次牌局中，咏琪不甘被德华以牌品的问题多次推搪婚约，便咀咒他从此“一世摸烂牌”，跟着同样拜师不成的青云离开了。　　咀咒真的灵验了，使德华家道中落，但一向乐观的他深信自己的“好朋友”会回来的。在弟弟公司举行的麻将大赛中一路稳打稳扎，与青云再次对垒，最后能否获胜呢？

Ayşe, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 　　导演崔东勋的最新“群星阵容”外星人题材科幻大片将于2020年初开机。此前因为确诊鼻咽癌而错过与之合作的金宇彬有望通过该片回归影坛，同时加盟的演员还有柳俊烈和金泰梨。　　崔东勋导演的这部科幻新作会有外星人登场，将是一部“讲述2019年在韩国生活的外星人 的故事”。据称该片可能会同时拍摄1、2部，最近第一部的剧本初稿已经完成，目前正在创作第二部剧本。
