剧情简介
电影《春天》讲述的是曾被称为是天才的作家因为得了不治之症，失去了生活下去的信心，而妻子则为了重新唤醒作家的写作灵感，带回一个满是故事的女人。该片还在4月11日开幕第23届亚利桑那州国际电影节上获得最佳外语片奖。而在第14届米兰国际电影节上，该片入围了最佳导演、最佳剧本、最佳摄影、最佳音乐、最佳美术、最佳女主角、最佳男配角共8个单元的提名。
